Glute Camp

Welcome to Glute Camp!  The place where you get the booty right and get it tight!  Whether you're looking for "the tuck" and you want your booty to sit up or looking to challenge and improve your lower body's strength, power and mobility!  This class is an intense lower body and core workout for major visual and performance results! Be prepared to lift challenging weights, plyometric drills, sprints, and a variety of drills to improve strength, power, movement, and the look of the entire lower body especially the glute maximus!

Mixed Martial Arts
